Logo orders: If this is the first time we are embroidering your logo, a one-off £8 digitising fee applies. This converts your artwork into an embroidery-ready file, which we'll keep for future orders. You won't need to pay the setup fee again when ordering with the same logo.
If your logo contains more than 5 colours or is particularly detailed or complex, please contact us before ordering. Some designs may need to be simplified to work beautifully as embroidery.
Please double-check all wording before ordering. As every tote is personalised especially for you, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless faulty.
